Service Cancellation Policy

Zeliphae provides interior styling and consultation services. Due to the customized nature of our services, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Consultation Services

For consultation services (Initial Consultation, Design Review, Premium Consultation):

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a 50% refund
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds
• Rescheduling is available at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance

Styling Packages

For styling packages (Single Room, Multi-Room, Complete Home, Commercial):

• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided
• If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
• Any materials or items already purchased on your behalf are non-refundable
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced

Material Sourcing

For material sourcing services:

• Once materials are ordered, returns are subject to the policies of individual suppliers
• Custom orders and special-order items are generally non-returnable
• We will assist with returns when possible, but final decisions rest with suppliers
• Sourcing fees are non-refundable once orders are placed

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Processing times may vary:

• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
• Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions

The following circumstances may affect refund eligibility:

• Services that have been fully completed and delivered
• Custom design work that has been approved and implemented
• Third-party services or products that are outside our control
• Changes requested after project completion
